When it comes to the post-Beatles output I am a Lennon/Harrison kinda guy. But that is not to say Paul did not have some great things to say as well, in particular his first solo album simply entitled McCartney. It was recorded before the Beatles disbanded while on holiday on a 4-track in his living room with wife Linda. The first track below is off that album…second track is off 1971’s Wild Life album. Both great tunes.
