Frequent Drunkard readers, you all knew this post was inevitable. Yes LUNA fans, you can now get (mostly) all of your favorite covers in one place. This digital-only release from Rhino, entitled Lunafied, collects the band’s well chosen/diverse covers from over the course of their career. Here’s the deal though: You have to either get it through iTunes (mp4 format, boo) or you can get them through Rhino’s website in the form of — get this — wma files. That’s the rub. While poorly executed in my opinion (what, no eMusic?), the collection itself is fantastic and a must have for fans of Wareham and company.

Be sure to download this excellent Alice Cooper cover that bears LUNA’s unique stamp. **FYI, this rare cover is not on the Lunafied collection.
