<strong>Share <strong> is indeed an excellent song, a succession of hypnotically rythmic simple constructions and yet elegantly understated, as you say. Many thanks. I would never have guessed it came from my part of the world. It does indeed feel weird hearing of those guys, that live a few stone throws away from me, through somebody living in LA...

[...] New Music Friday: Twenty-First (she said yes!) Edition* For twenty-one weeks now, I've linked to new, free, and good music for you to put on your Zune - just click through to the blog or website and get the music. And for the first time ever, I'm making this NMF about. . . you guessed it: love songs. Or songs about love-related things. Ready? First up, I Rock Cleveland has a few songs from Dinosaur, Jr - including "Almost Ready," a new favorite. Mars Needs Guitars has a few songs about sunshine. My Old Kentucky Blog has Scout Niblett covering "Just What I Needed," originally performed by The Cars, and a few songs if you feel like dancing. Bishop Allen's "Rain" is on You Ain't No Picasso. Aquarium Drunkard has two songs from French duo Dillinger Girl and Baby Faced Nelson, including the hauntingly romantic "Share" I love love songs. Chromewaves has tracks from a group called "The Love Story," which not only sing about love, but their name is about love. Sweet. For fans of soul out there (like me), soul-sides has "Come Get It" and another song by Honey and The Bees. And Stereogum has a Pink Skull Remix of Architecture in Helsinki's "Heart Races" Wow, this track by Charlotte Gainsbourg over at 3hive will make even the hardest of hearts swoon. Spinner has 5 tracks for you, including "Heaven," by Hail Social Last but certainly not not-lovely, our pals at Selective Service post 6 tracks by female artists, including Zero 7's “Speed Dial No. 2.″ Ok, enjoy the free music and have a great weekend everybody! | Friday, May 04, 2007 11:19 PM | 0 Comments Tags: new music, MP3, Friday, huge grin [...]

Hello,
Helena has already made albums on her own, she lives with french singer Philippe Katherine and is the sister of "french" singer Lio.
Little Rabbits doesn't exists anymore (sob) but members still play with Katherine and others. Dominique A is also someone close to them I may say.
Frederico was singing and writing (I think he wrote the songs here too), not only playing guitars I think when with the Little Rabbits. Little Rabbits made several albums in Tucson with people from there (Calexico, Burns, Convertino).
It's cool you talk about this duo, I love these songs. But I don't know if they intend to make another album after this first one.
You can find a cool little acoustic radio session of them on Aligre Radio web site : http://prevot.denis.free.fr/
