					<description>Interestingly, despite the fact that most reviews I have read directly relate the subject matter on the record to Pierce's illness, these songs were written prior to his hospitalization.  Certainly, though, they carry an even heftier emotional punch when viewed in that context.    Either way, it's a beautiful record from one of the most underrated artists working today.</description>
