I loved "Ugly Truth Rock" from back in the day with MTv and "120 minutes" but when I bought the CD (for 95 cents at Cheapo Discs in St. Paul) I discovered the acoustic version of "Ugly Truth" with soaring violins, layered guitars and poignant vocals. I lived in Athens from 1983 to 1990 and I remember when Matthew was in town with Oh OK, etc. <i>Girlfriend</i> is an all-time classic, right down to the Tuesday Weld cover.
