Not sure if it’s fair to say he nicked “China Girl.” I read someplace that Bowie put that song on “Let’s Dance,” in order to send Iggy Pop a paycheck. After all, good times don’t come cheap.

Also of note: “Boys Keep Swinging” actually has the identical chord progression as the disc’s first track “Fantastic Voyage”.
