I have loved everything Mr. Tweedy has done. One of my first musical memories was finishing off a bottle of whiskey in the garage while blasting “Gun” just knowing that there was something like this out there made things better. Minneapolis hip hop is where it’s at! Nerve and DJ Arkitekt a new group out of Minneapolis that performs a hip-hop indie rock fusion with an album set drop this summer. Having opened for national acts like Muja Messiah and Eyedea, Nerve and DJ Arkitekt are ready to win over new listeners every day.

In regards to the “Fingers crossed for an accompanying soundtrack.” bit, the pre order page for the DVD says: “The audio tracks of all songs featured on the DVD (including the extras) will be available as a free audio download from wilcoworld (upon receipt of your dvd).”

I didn’t know YHF bootlegs were posted at one time. I second the plea to repost these. Looking foward to the Ashes….DVD. I can’t agree completely with the critique of Kicking Television. I think there are some gems on there. Although, I will concede there are some clunkers as well. As always, thanks for the great site and posts.

Any chance you can repost the YHF bootleg in full? I have since lost my previous copy from the first time it was posted and would LOVE to get it back. Some of the cuts, in my opinion, are even superior to the ones that made the album. And were talking about one of the greatest albums made in the last 20 years here.

That is really exciting. I don’t know if this one can capture the drama of I Am Trying To Break Your Heart but it looks like it makes up for it in American nostalgia. Can’t wait.
