		<description>Nice summary.  I was familiar with the Hughes soundtracks long before I ever bothered to see any of his films.  They left a much bigger impression than the movies, too. Ialways found the high school stuff way overrated (Weird Science excepted).

It&#039;s a good thing &quot;Savage&quot; Steve Holland&#039;s films didn&#039;t have soundtracks of such high quality.  It would make his eventual passing simply devastating.</description>

But isn&#039;t high school about stereotypes, anyway?Or maybe Hughes contributed to that whole teen tribal mythology? RIP regardless...</description>
