The venerable 4AD label just launched 4AD Sessions, a new video component focusing on their artist stable. First up is tUnE-yArDs (aka Merrill Garbus) whose BiRd-BrAiNs LP has proved to be one of the more interesting albums I happened upon this year. The session corresponds with the November 17th re-release of the LP (it was originally released earlier in the year via Marriage Records) which will feature two previously unreleased bonus tracks, plus a live version of “Real Live Flesh“which is culled from the 4AD session.
